All participants start with 2 drivers, 2 mechanics and 2 engineers and you as the manager have to work to make your team grow. Within the top racers platform your garage comprises of a piece for each type of specification, gear box, chassis, wheels, engine, suspension and much more and one of your first duties as a manager is to improve them as much as you can.

When the driving competition starts you are eligible for three official training sessions although you have the option of purchasing more training sessions if required, we have found this to be not necessary at the start.

Top Racers tutorials assist the beginner in all aspects of Formula 1 racing and assigns you the manager weekly tasks in preparation for the following race.
